Matteo de Pietro

HR Officer

Matteo started his career in the Army and soon shifted to Carabinieri as a police officer. He then attended in 2016 the Scuola Allievi Marescialli dei Carabinieri in Florence obtaining in the meantime a Bachelor Degree in Law in Università degli Studi di Tor Vergata, then moved to Brusson in Aosta Valley first as Deputy Commander and then as Commander of the local Carabinieri Police Station.

During that experience he found a vocation for helping people, empowering them, alleviating their fears, establishing with them a strong personal bond, giving convincing advises and getting them in the best mood to face life’s difficulties and thus preventing, as possible, to take any coercive action.
In 2023 he leaves his job both to seek a better work-life balance and to undertake a new professional and personal challenge in Human Resources, attending a Master in HR Management and resuming his previous studies to get a Master’s Degree in Law.
After a period spent in Randstad as a Training Specialist he joined CRA eager to work with such a talented team, deeply convinced that personal and professional growth is a never ending journey.
